Subbasins
The following changes were made to Subbasins.
Export Subbasin Definitions
User-defined subbasins can now be exported and imported from the Subbasin Manager. Member objects can optionally be exported and imported along with the subbasins. Exported subbasins are saved in the same file format as exported objects.
