This access will allow virtual attendees to see and hear presentations, and to ask questions via chat (which will be relayed by staff), but the ability to talk (and some other real-time interactive options) will not be available.
Each person planning to attend via the Internet should be registered individually. Webinar registration is closed. We will be sending an email to registrants by January 31st with the information needed for connecting to the link.
For quick-start instruction videos on attending a meeting, go to the Webex How-to pages and click on the "Attend a meeting" and "Connect to meeting audio" links. Also look at the system requirements for using Webex, and test your browser by connecting to a test meeting.

   Meeting Location and Parking
We are pleased to be holding the meeting once again at the University of Colorado's University Memorial Center (UMC). However, if you plan on driving to the meeting, please note that parking on campus is very limited and requires permits or feeding meters in most areas; finding a parking place in the City of Boulder near the UMC can also be difficult. The Euclid Ave. Auto Park is the parking lot closest to the UMC. We have made arrangements for you to pre-purchase parking vouchers for the Euclid parking lot for 50% off the regular rate. Online purchasing of vouchers is closed. Please also consider options such as carpooling, walking, biking or using the bus.
Please be forewarned that there will be construction at Broadway and Euclid (main entry to campus and the UMC) which will cause issues with traffic. See this page for updated news about the construction.
