- One seat on a single node license allows multiple simultaneous executions on a single machine by the same user.
- A floating license may be installed on a server that serves the license files to machines that the server recognizes as being on its network.
- A floating license may have one or multiple seats, allowing one or more machines on the network to execute RiverWare simultaneously.
- Licenses can include combinations of single node seats and seats on a floating license.
- License prices are determined by number of seats with discounted prices for multi-year purchases. Renewal rates are discounted from initial year rates.
- Maintenance fees cover our costs for administration of licensing, generating licenses and providing assistance to users for installing the software.
Additional seats can be added only by the same organization at the same location as the first seat.
