The following changes were made to Water Quality modeling.
Reservoir Predictor-Corrector Salt Method
Previously the Predictor-Corrector Salt method in the WQ Reservoir Routing category would fail if the Storage and Inflow were zero. Now in this case, it sets the Reservoir Salt Concentration to zero. This addresses issue RW-7227.
