Storage Elevation InterpolationThis method instantiates the Previous Groundwater Elevation and Storage Elevation Table slots. User input is required in the Storage Elevation Table relating storage volume to groundwater elevation. The Previous Groundwater Elevation slot is set based on table interpolation of storage values at the previous timestep. The Previous Groundwater Elevation slot is linkable to Agg Diversion Site and Water User objects.
