Course Description
Introduction to Simulation Modeling is a course for first-time or novice users of RiverWare. It has been taught for over 11 years by the CADSWES engineers and researchers who develop RiverWare software, and has received enthusiastic reviews (evaluation statistics are available upon request).
During this training you will learn to build and run simulation models using many of RiverWare's special modeling features and analysis utilities. The course includes both lectures and self-guided tutorials. The detailed training manual will serve as a valuable reference for future use of RiverWare. After you have taken the course, the training models (including those you developed through the tutorials) will be available to you, along with a 30-day evaluation copy of the software.
Special meetings and sessions can be arranged to answer your modeling questions or discuss your particular modeling needs. Please let us know in advance if you would like to schedule a special session to discuss the application of RiverWare to a particular basin.
